Shipping Cost Flat Rate

The shipping cost flat rates include the statutory value added tax. Since the value added tax on the shipping cost flat rate is calculated depending on the purchased goods, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower sales tax rates.

This means that the shipping cost flat rate can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be higher, but only lower in your favor.
